WHAT I DO
My goal is to educate, empower and inspire you to achieve your health, exercise and performance goals. With my extensive knowledge of the human body and performance, I am not only able to deliver you the results you desire, be it fat loss, muscle gain or improved sporting performance; I will provide the knowledge you need for you to take control of your training and help you to arrive at a stage where you are knowledgeable and confident enough to be your own motivator to continue to achieve your fitness goals and beyond.
With my help, you will gain the tools and understanding needed to achieve and sustain your fitness or performance goals. How much easier is it to do something when you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it?
I have worked with and designed training programmes for professional rugby players and commonwealth and amateur athletes, in a range of sports including, rugby, football, swimming, cycling and triathlon. To enhance sporting performance, rehabilitate, and become more robust.
I have also worked with people to change their body composition, add muscle mass, reduce fat and increase fitness levels.
Whether it is sporting performance or general health and wellbeing, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure that you achieve your goals, and guarantee that an investment in yourself will be worthwhile.
‘There are no shortcuts to a place worth going.’

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
ROSS ADAIR, CRICKET
Joe's willingness to educate, meant I learnt something most days. He answered every question I threw at him. He simplified everything and made it easy to understand.
RACHEL MERRIEN, RUGBY
Having Joe plan all my sessions for the week took all the hassle and stress away from me so I could focus on the job in hand. We often looked at training and work patterns to allow me to get the most out of each and every day.
TOM GALLICHAN, SWIMMING
I was becoming so much stronger and more powerful without gaining weight which was amazing to transfer to the pool.
