At JPSC we offer face-to-face personal training, personalised online coaching and, very soon, a strength and conditioning subscription service.

 

We can also offer a hybrid service upon request if you'd prefer a mix of face-to-face and online coaching.

We offer a subscription based S&C programme focused on general physical preparedness 'GPP', to progress strength, conditioning levels and aerobic capacity.

The programme is suitable for all experience and fitness levels.

FAQ's 

What equipment do I need access to?

 

This differs depending on what service you have signed up for.

1:1 PT is performed out of a private personal training studio in St. Helier, Jersey. Everything is taken care of including shower and changing facilities.

You do not necessarily need access to a gym to sign up for online coaching. Your programme will be fully tailored to you. This includes the equipment that you have access to.

 

For the subscription programme you will need access to a gym. This can be a commercial or CrossFit gym as long as you have access to:

 

Barbells

Plates

Dumbbells

Kettlebells

Squat Rack

Bench

Box

Skipping Rope

Sled

Pull Up Bar

CV machines (RowErg, BikeErg, SkiErg or Assault Bike etc.)

How long are the sessions and how often can I expect to train?

Each PT session will be 60 minutes unless you request otherwise. For our online coaching or subscription programme, sessions will generally vary between 1-2 hours in length, with 4-5 training days per week. This will vary depending on your athletic goals or the training block.

Can I sign up if I have no experience at all?

Absolutely! Previous training experience, although advantageous, is not essential. 

Will a coach be available to guide me through the programme?

 

Yes, for the online coaching you will be personally coached. For the subscription programme, you will not have access to coach. However, each week will be broken down with a video in the App. This will happen every Monday before the start of each training week. This will talk you through all the workouts, with a focus for each, and explain the reason behind the session. There will also be tutorial videos for each exercise available to you in the Fitr app.

Can I access my programme right away?

 

Your programme will begin on the first Monday following your purchase (if purchased before Friday). This gives us time to programme and iron out any issues should there be any with payment and set up.
