FAQ's

What equipment do I need access to?

 

You will need access to a gym for the subscription programme. This can be a commercial or CrossFit gym as long as you have access to:

 

Barbells

Plates

Dumbbells

Kettlebells

Squat Rack

Bench

Box

Skipping Rope

Sled

Pull Up Bar

CV machines (RowErg, BikeErg, SkiErg or Assault Bike etc.)

How long are the sessions and how often can I expect to train?

Our subscription programme sessions will generally vary between 1-2 hours in length, with 4-5 training days per week. This will vary depending on the training block.

Can I do the workouts whenever I like?

Yes. Although the outline of your programme will be planned to a schedule designed to optimise your training experience and adaptation, if you miss a workout, you have the choice to do it on another day and catch up with the programme, or to miss that session and continue with the programme as scheduled.

How do I access my programme?

Once you have purchased your package, you simply need to download the Fitr app to gain access to your programme.

Will a coach be available to guide me through the programme?

 

You will not have access to a coach. However, each week will be broken down with a video in the App. This will happen every Monday before the start of each training week. This will talk you through all the workouts, with a focus for each, and explain the reason behind the session. There will also be tutorial videos for each exercise available to you in the Fitr app.

Can I access my programme right away?

 

Your programme will begin on the first Monday following your purchase (if purchased before Friday). This gives us time to programme and iron out any issues should there be any with payment and set up. 

Can I sign up if I have no experience at all?

Absolutely! Although advantageous, previous training experience is not essential.
