A hands on online coaching service, fully personalised, providing the framework to support you to achieve your athletic endeavours.

  • Bi-weekly video with program run through, outlining the upcoming 2 weeks with a focus on individual sessions, targets, work-ons from previous weeks, coaching points etc.

  • Daily contact via WhatsApp.

  • Video analysis and technical feedback.

  • Nutritional support to optimise training adaptation.

  • Educational material around training, nutrition, recovery, injuries and more.

FAQ's

What equipment do I need access to?

 

You do not necessarily need access to a gym to sign up for online coaching. Your programme will be fully tailored to you. This includes the equipment that you have access to.

How long are the sessions and how often can I expect to train?

Your programme will be specific to your needs as discussed in your initial consultation. Typically your sessions will vary between 60-90 minutes in duration, with 4-5 training days per week. This will vary depending on your specific needs and the training block.

Can I do the workouts whenever I like?

Yes. Although the outline of your programme will be planned to a schedule designed to optimise your training experience and adaptation, if you miss a workout, you have the choice to do it on another day and catch up with the programme, or to miss that session and continue with the programme as scheduled.

How do I access my programme?

Once you have purchased your package, you simply need to download the Fitr app to gain access to your programme. You will be sent a confirmation email with your welcome pack and information on how to get set up.

Will a coach be available to guide me through the programme?

 

Yes. Although, the amount of contact that you have with your coach will vary depending on the package that you are on.

Can I access my programme right away?

 

Your programme will begin on the first Monday following your purchase (if purchased before Friday). This gives us time to programme and iron out any issues should there be any with payment and set up. 

Can I sign up if I have no experience at all?

Absolutely! Previous training experience, although advantageous, is not essential.
